About Me
I am a school leader with experience across senior leadership, curriculum innovation, academic achievement, pastoral systems, school operations and governance-informed decision-making.
Who I am
My work is centred on building schools where strong relationships, clear systems and high academic expectations reinforce one another. I believe effective school leadership requires more than vision; it requires the ability to translate values into structures that support teachers, strengthen student pathways and protect the daily rhythm of learning.
My experience spans private, international and New Zealand education, including Cambridge and IB pathway schools. I am also a husband, father and Christian, and I want this site to reflect the whole person behind the professional profile.
Pepeha / mihi
As a New Zealand citizen and a school leader in Aotearoa, I want to keep growing in my understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi, te reo Māori, mātauranga Māori and the responsibilities that come with belonging here.

Ko Āwherika ki te Tonga te whenua tupu

Nō reira, tēnā koutou, tēnā koutou, tēnā tātou katoa
